Who we work with
Airlines, tour operators, car hire, hotels and destinations, in the UK and internationally.
For airlines, tour operators, car hire, hotels and destinations. More trip research now happens in ChatGPT and other AI assistants, alongside Google. We help your brand show up in those answers, then win the booking directly, not through an online travel agent.
Planning a trip is a multi-variable problem that people solved by comparing sites side by side. For a growing share of travellers, that research phase, the one travel and tourism brands could influence, now happens inside a single conversation with an AI assistant. We plan for the open tabs and the AI conversation.
Airlines, tour operators, car hire, hotels and destinations, in the UK and internationally.
Including All Nippon Airways, HX and Avis.
Built to appear in AI-generated itineraries, then convert the booking directly.
Brand and performance planned together, because travel seasonality is unforgiving.
Among travellers who use AI to plan trips, standalone AI platforms such as ChatGPT are now the most common starting point: 44% in the UK, 48% in France and 51% in Germany (Phocuswright, Europe Consumer Travel Report 2026).
In the US, Phocuswright’s March 2026 report The AI Surge found 33% of travellers used generative AI platforms for trip research, about five times the 2024 level, and 44% of US travellers said they would book directly inside an AI platform. Phocuswright’s Europe report still describes AI as a secondary planning tool for most travellers, but the US numbers show how fast that’s changing.
Where AI is used, a long research phase you could influence gets compressed into one generated answer naming a handful of options. If your route, property or destination isn’t among them, that consideration set closes before you can enter it.
Travel brands win direct bookings by being visible early in research and defending their own brand demand later. The sector has a structural margin problem: intermediaries own a large share of demand and charge for access to customers who were arguably yours already.
Most of this work happens well before anyone is ready to book. That’s why judging travel media on last-click performance consistently starves the activity that created the demand in the first place.
Travel brands avoid wasting brand spend by putting brand and performance on one calendar, timed to when demand turns for each product. A weekend city break and a bucket-list cruise behave nothing alike.
Travel demand turns sharply, and the gap between inspiration and booking varies enormously by product. Brand activity that peaks after booking demand has turned is money spent educating people who have already chosen. Performance activity that runs before any awareness exists buys expensive clicks from people who’ve never heard of you.
We plan both together and hold them in one measurement view, so the link between awareness activity and booking demand is visible, not assumed.
Three travel briefs, three different problems: breaking with how a category talks about itself, building awareness against better-known rivals, and selling a trip with one of the longest consideration cycles in travel.
A campaign across five European markets, made with creative agency Collective London, that opened with what car hire gets wrong: the arduous process, the unexpected fees, the weak service. It delivered 17.4% average ad recall, a 14% lift in brand consideration, 185,000 new app users and a sevenfold increase in web car quotes in the cities where the ads ran.
Building awareness across EMEA for ANA's London to Tokyo service, up against carriers with far more name recognition on the same route. The job is to earn a place in the consideration set for travellers who might not think of ANA first.
HX (Hurtigruten Expeditions) sells expedition travel, where the consideration cycle is among the longest in the category.
What travel brands ask us most, from running campaigns across several countries to measuring marketing when the booking window is long.
A travel marketing agency plans and buys the media that turns travel research into bookings for airlines, tour operators, car hire, hotels and destinations. That now includes making sure your brand appears in AI-generated travel answers as well as Google, then winning the booking directly, not through an online travel agent.
Yes. The Media People ran the Avis campaign across five European markets at once and has delivered brand awareness work for All Nippon Airways across EMEA. Multi-market travel work needs one plan with local nuance, not five disconnected plans in a shared folder.
Destination marketing sells a decision nobody has made yet, so it sits earlier in the funnel and leans on inspiration channels and organic discovery. It also gains a lot from AI visibility, because ‘where should I go for…’ is exactly the kind of open question travellers now put to AI assistants.
Yes, travel brands should keep investing in brand advertising, and under-investing is the more common mistake. Travel is a considered, emotional purchase with a long research phase. Cutting brand activity to fund performance usually improves the reported numbers while shrinking the demand those numbers capture.
Measuring travel marketing over a long booking window means not relying on last click. Branded search movement, assisted conversions, direct booking share and regional testing all matter more, and they need to sit in one measurement view before any of them tells you much.
We’ll test how your brand appears in AI-generated travel answers today and show you where the gap is.
